Created in oil on claybord, it captures the tension between intuition and computation, the moment before intelligence hardens into logic, crystallizes into thought. We now find ourselves in an age where science touches the edge of consciousness. As machines increasingly simulate thought, and biology reveals ever finer layers of complexity, we are compelled to ask: What truly defines life? What does it mean to think, to feel, and to become aware? Perhaps deeper still, we are arriving at a threshold where the nature of reality itself is being questioned. Are we truly seeing the world as it is? What does human intelligence feel like before it lands in body? It flutters, folds, forgets its own wings, then remembers them as colour, shape, form.
